Tracey our retreat and special events coordinator, has a heart for serving others and for making our guests feel at home and welcomed. She is not only the mastermind behind the special touches that our guests who attend our retreats and other events rave about, but she also works tirelessly behind the scene, coordinating training for our staff and volunteers, making sure that all the planning and the preparation are in place to ensure successful events and top quality service. Tracy has over 15 years of experience serving the body of Christ in several other capacities as well, including leading various life groups (including our Bondage Breaker group study) which she ably leads with her husband, Paul Lahey.

It has been said that first impression is important. Denise is the first voice you will hear when you call Elim Counselling Services. Her warm caring nature makes you know you have called the right place. Denise has over 30 years of experience serving in various ministry capacities as ministering to women and children. In addition to receiving calls and assigning clients to our therapists. Denise is co-founder of Elim Counselling Services and also director of our healing retreats. In addition her years of experience as a Christian life coach gives her the sensitivity to make you feel accepted and valued.

Elim, in scripture, is a place of rest, peace, and renewed hope after a period of hardship, conflict, and disappointment. Through the counselling we offer, many of our clients who were faced with very difficult challenges have likewise found rest, hope, and peace after coming to us with major challenges in their lives.
